Aisha Yusuf (Born 12th December, 1974) is a distinguished Nigerian activist and politician, originally from Edo State.
She spent her formative years in Northern Nigeria and received her education in the region.
In 1992, Aisha yusuf gained admission to Uthman Dan Fodio University to study Medicine and Surgery.
However, due to personal reasons, she had to drop out. She later enrolled at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, but had to leave the institution in 1994 after a professor was killed, leading to its closure.
Aisha eventually graduated from Bayero University with a degree in Microbiology.
Aisha who is a successful businesswoman and passionate activist, has never worked for anyone and never intends to. Since starting her own business in 2000, she has dedicated herself to being her own boss.
